It seems a little illogical to conclude that social phobia is not as prevalent as the "marketing people" at the drug company suggested on the basis of a lack of response to a call for clinical trials volunteers. Surely, those with social phobia are the least likely to come forward to take part in anything so putatively interactive as a clinical trial preferring as it were to remain alone and anonymous...
